Delivery Policy

In the absence of specific provisions on individual product pages, the following terms and conditions are intended to provide our customers with a clear understanding of their rights and obligations and to serve as a helpful guide for addressing any potential delivery concerns that may arise from their purchase. We wish to emphasize that each product in our catalog is unique and personalized, resulting in subtle variations that differentiate one item from another.

Please be advised that there may exist slight discrepancies in color due to the resolution of the device utilized to access our website. Additionally, our production process involves manual labor, which may vary according to the name and category of the selected product. Please note that variations, if any, are minute and do not detract from the overall quality of our products.

Terms of Delivery

If your order includes products with different manufacturing timelines, we will ship your entire order together after we receive all the products from production. In case you wish to split your shipment, please let our team know within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please note that additional cost may apply for this service.

Before dispatch, you have the option to change your shipping address to any location in India. It is important to ensure that the pin code is a full 6 digits and that landline numbers are not used, as this may cause a delay in delivery. For verification purposes, you may be asked to confirm your shipment using an OTP or signature method.

Delivery Timelines:

  1. We endeavour to dispatch all non-personalized products within a time frame of 48- 72 working hours. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or contact number for your convenience.
  2. Our production process for personalized orders is subject to variation depending on the product, and typically requires delivery between 2 to 15 business days. Once the order has been completed, it will be shipped and the estimated transit time will range from 2 to 8 business days, contingent on the delivery location. It is important to note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please note that personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and will only be replaced in the event of damage during transit. If any request for replacement needs to be made, it must be communicated within 24 hours of delivery. Any queries or claims made after this time will not be entertained. Some designs in our collection contain pre-printed text, and only select elements can be personalized. Please refer to the product images and descriptions for further details. We regret to inform you that emojis and other graphics cannot be printed due to technical constraints. In addition, the printable area of each product is limited, and the name, quote, or text requested for printing may vary depending on the size, characters, and printable space. For logo incorporation, kindly provide the required image within 12 hours of placing the order, to ensure timely delivery of the product. Any delay on your end may cause a delay in the delivery of the product.
  3. Our company offers Same Day Delivery (SDD) service in Mumbai for an additional fee. This service is available only for products listed under the SDD section. SDD is not available in Navi Mumbai and Thane. Orders placed before 7 pm will be considered SDD, while orders placed after 7 pm will be processed on the next working day. Once an SDD order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Same Day Delivery for personalized products is not available.
  4. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.
