In the absence of specific provisions on individual product pages, the following terms and conditions are intended to provide our customers with a clear understanding of their rights and obligations and to serve as a helpful guide for addressing any potential returns and refund concerns that may arise from their purchase. We wish to emphasize that each product in our catalog is completely unique and personalized, resulting in subtle variations that differentiate one item from another.
Please be advised that there may exist slight discrepancies in color due to the resolution of the device utilized to access our website. Additionally, our production process involves manual labor, which may vary according to the name and category of the selected product. Please note that variations, if any, are minute and do not detract from the overall quality of our products.
Returns & Refunds
Despite the thorough inspection of each package dispatched from our warehouse, weacknowledge the possibility of returns of purchased goods, subject to the terms andconditions outlined below.
- Upon refund issuance, the product amount shall be refunded net of applicable taxes and shipping charges.
- Notably, refunds shall only be facilitated via the original payment method used to place the order.
- We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or effect refunds for products that have been used or whose packaging has been opened.
- In the event a client enjoyed free shipping, standard shipping charges shall be deducted from the refund amount. It is worth mentioning that the refund policy is contingent on orders being shipped back within the promised time frame.
- We regret to inform you that we cannot offer return pickups for any of our products. In the event of a return, the client shall arrange for shipment, and we shall credit Rs 100 as store balance within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Generally, it takes us 1-7 business days to receive the goods from the customer after approving a return, and the refund shall be fulfilled within 15 business days. To keep our clients up-to-date, we shall furnish them with a status update of their return and refund once we receive the goods.
- After deducting shipping costs and applicable taxes, the remaining amount shall be refunded to the original payment method, and customers shall receive notification via email or WhatsApp.
- Please note that customized products cannot be returned since they were made specifically for you.
- We cannot accept returns for items that raise hygiene concerns, such as drinkware, or any product that may require physical contact.
- In cases where a product is out of stock, we can only issue store credit, which is valid for 180 days.
- We shall accept all claims upon receipt of a video of the package when you receive it.
- Lastly, we advise that you do not accept the package if it is torn or damaged.
